The Wynwood Walls Museum Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition prints and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
