What is the processing time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak exhibition periods or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days before your art-inspired goods are shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our exclusive street art merchandise worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that limited edition prints and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How are delicate art prints and posters packaged?
All art prints are carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty reinforced mailing tubes to ensure they arrive in gallery-ready condition.
Are the products sold online the same as those in the physical museum shop?
While we strive to offer our full collection online, some exclusive in-gallery collaborations and oversized installations may only be available for purchase at our Miami location.
